Liberty Homes is proud to introduce the first of its "Blue Star Homes Collection" The Caledonia has been carefully designed to showcase the amazing features of its larger counterpart; The Copperwynd. The Copperwynd has won top honors in both Brunswick County and New Hanover County Home Builders Associations. With such a solid footprint to design from, we are confident the Caledonia will not only meet your expectations but surpass them. As you approach the front of the home, notice the large covered porch and vaulted ceiling leading to the double glass front entry doors. Inside, a spacious foyer gives access to a multi use room which is perfect for a study or parlor or can be used as a third main floor bedroom. Straight ahead lies a large family room with a specialty designed ceiling feature giving height and openness to the room. This beautiful space leads into an amazing outdoor lanai through a 9’ telescoping glass slider. A place to enjoy the benefits of outdoor entertaining with protections from natures elements. A must see! An open kitchen boast an extra large eat-in island, built in appliances and a stainless vented hood. Also included steps away is a large dry goods pantry. Everything designed for ease of living. This special floor plan allows for all bedrooms to be separate from each other and can be offered with an optional upstairs bonus room and a full bath. Liberty Homes has long been recognized for its ability to fully customize any of their Patriot Home plans and continue to offer that line of detailed custom change. With Blue Star Homes we offer a more structured design build with outstanding standard features and limited custom changes.
