Selecting, reviewing, refining, and approving the important decisions.

    • Work with professional design guidance to select exterior and interior finishes
    • Coordinate materials, colors, fixtures, and details that reflect how you want to live
  • Review, Refine & Approve

    • Review your selections and the coordinated design details
    • Confirm decisions, understand pricing impacts, and resolve open items
  • Finalize Plans & Approvals

    • Complete the construction plan package and technical documentation
    • Coordinate architectural review, engineering, permitting, and utilities
  • Prepare for Construction

    • Meet your Project Manager and review how the construction phase will work
    • Confirm communication, key milestones, and site procedures
Behind the scenes

A lot happens before groundbreaking.

During pre-construction, multiple teams coordinate plans, selections, engineering, approvals, permits, utilities, and site requirements to prepare your home for construction. Even when you can’t yet see equipment on the homesite, important work is actively moving forward behind the scenes.
