Our Collections
At Liberty, we have two distinct collections of homes meant to meet the varying needs of our clients. Whether you want a home that has your touch on every detail or a home carefully designed and tested by our experts, we can help you find the personalization you desire.
The Blue Star Collection is a value-driven line that offers beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes at a more accessible price point. While customization is limited, you can still make select modifications to personalize the look and feel of your home within the plan parameters.
The Patriot Collection is Liberty’s higher-end line of homes, offering maximum flexibility and premium standard features. Each of the 10 floor plans in this collection can be fully customized, both structurally and aesthetically, to reflect your unique lifestyle, needs, and taste.
Floor Plans VS Model & For Sale Homes
The floor plans tab on our website will take you directly to a list of every floor plan we offer at Liberty Homes. We are proud to say this list has grown exponentially in our two decades of business! When you see a floor plan on our website, you are looking at detailed plans of what we are able to build. These homes could be built in many different locations, including your own lot in the Wilmington area.
The Model & For Sale Homes tab on our website will take you to a list of homes you can tour for yourself! Some of these homes are even for sale and could be yours to own. Contact us to set up a tour or chat about buying one of the homes for sale.
Saving Favorites
Our new website offers you the opportunity to save your favorite homes! You will not have to give us any personal information or create a login to use this feature. Just click on the saved tab in the menu to view your favorites any time!

We build in 19 distinct communities in and around Wilmington and Leeland, NC. Each community has special features to meet the needs of your family.
Gallery of Photos
Our new website also offers you the ability to see a snapshot of how we design all of our homes. You can view photos and virtual Matterport tours of homes to help you to design the home of your dreams. If you see something you like in our gallery, we would love to help you add it to the design for your own Liberty home!
