As Owner and President of Liberty Homes, I lead this company with a focus on trust, craftsmanship, communication, and doing the right thing for our clients. Building a home is one of life's biggest decisions, and I believe every client deserves to feel guided, respected, and confident from start to finish. I work closely with our leadership team to protect the culture and uphold the standards that define the Liberty Homes experience.

As a Project Manager at Liberty Homes, I bring more than 13 years of experience building homes throughout Southeastern North Carolina. I enjoy helping clients watch their new home take shape and believe clear communication, attention to detail, and strong organization make all the difference in the building experience. My goal is to help make the construction process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. When I’m not on the jobsite, you’ll usually find me enjoying downtown Wilmington with my wife and our two spoiled dogs.

As the Accounts Payable Coordinator at Liberty Homes, I help keep our financial processes organized by assisting with vendor payments and making sure invoices are processed accurately and on time. I take pride in being detail-oriented, dependable, and supporting both our internal team and our trade partners behind the scenes. I enjoy being part of a company that values quality, teamwork, and creating a positive homebuilding experience for every client.

As a Project Manager at Liberty Homes, I help oversee the construction process from start to finish with a focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. I work closely with our clients, trade partners, and internal team to keep each project moving forward while maintaining Liberty’s construction standards. I enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and helping families watch their new home take shape. Building lasting relationships and delivering a great client experience are some of the most rewarding parts of my job.

As Production Manager at Liberty Homes, I bring more than 40 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, and Production Manager in New York and North Carolina. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping build more than 1,500 homes, and I still enjoy being part of the building process every day. I am grateful to do work I love with a Liberty Team and trade partners I respect, and I take pride in helping deliver homes that meet the quality and standards our clients expect.

As an Estimator at Liberty Homes, I help prepare clear and accurate project estimates so clients can make informed decisions and move forward with confidence. I enjoy working with our team to find practical solutions, review important details, and support a smooth building process. The most rewarding part of my job is helping turn a client’s vision into a well-planned Liberty home.

As a Building Consultant at Liberty Homes, I bring decades of real estate experience and a lifelong passion for architecture, design, finishes, and construction. I began my real estate career in Kansas City in 1978, and I come from a family with deep real estate roots, including my paternal grandmother, who was a successful real estate salesperson in the early 1900s when very few women were in the business. Over the years, I have had the privilege of representing award-winning communities across the country, and I enjoy helping clients discover the home, lifestyle, and details that are right for them. My goal is to listen carefully, guide thoughtfully, and help each client feel confident as they bring their vision to life with Liberty Homes.

I believe the selections process should feel inspiring, not overwhelming. With over 20 years of experience in the high-end custom building industry, I guide homeowners through finishes and details to design homes that feel personal, cohesive, and timeless. I love helping clients discover ideas they may not have considered while creating a home that truly reflects their lifestyle.

I help bring together our people, processes, and projects to keep Liberty Homes moving forward efficiently. My role supports estimating, pre-construction, operations, and process improvement so our team can guide clients from planning through construction with clarity and consistency. With a background in construction management, leadership, and business operations, I enjoy solving complex problems, improving workflows, and helping create an exceptional experience for our clients.

As the Warranty Manager at Liberty Homes, I handle warranty items that may arise after a client moves into their new home, and I also support our Project Managers during construction. Before joining Liberty, I spent 41 years as a GM Master Technician, which taught me the value of problem-solving, attention to detail, and caring for people the right way. I also built a Liberty home years before joining the team, so I know firsthand what it means to be a Liberty client. I’m proud to now be part of the Liberty team, and it never hurts if you’re a Steelers fan.

As a Liberty Homes Building Consultant and Wilmington native, I bring 35 years of real estate experience and a deep understanding of new construction, coastal living, and the lifestyle that many of our clients are seeking in Southeastern North Carolina. I enjoy listening first, asking the right questions, and helping each client clarify their vision for their new home. My goal is to guide clients with experience, care, and practical insight so they feel confident as they take the next step with Liberty Homes.

As the Controller at Liberty Homes, I help support the financial side of the building process by working with lenders, clients, and our internal team to keep expectations clear and organized. I enjoy helping clients understand their payment options and making sure financial details are communicated clearly throughout the build. I have always enjoyed working with numbers, and I find the problem-solving side of my role both challenging and rewarding.

With 14 years of experience in custom closets and the construction industry, I’ve learned that clear communication is one of the most important parts of creating a great client experience.
