Andy Parker-General Contractor Andy has been in the contracting and property management field for over 30 years.  He studied Blueprint Reading at Island Drafting Technical School and took Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigerator classes at Thomas Shortman.  Andy renews his yearly certificate for Fire Safety and Life Safety and holds a North Carolina Contractors license.…
