"I absolutely fell in love with the Biscayne III model from Liberty. The attention to detail and quality of work was Exactly what I was looking for. My sales person Jim Cain was extremely helpful in Guiding us through the contract process. Telling us what we would need if we couldn’t think about it on our own my project manager, Sam Pugh Was always available to discuss progress or answer any questions we might’ve had during the building process. Both homes that we built were modified based on ADA needs or just even personal preferences. Liberty never even flinched. The selection process was fun exciting with many many many things to choose between all standard, not upgraded. Our houses were built And delivered exactly when they promised. And I must say I’ve been in my house for five months and the warranty process is just as easy. Our entire neighborhood/block is all new construction going up at the same time with several different builders being used. I have to say there are many more complaints. I hear from them. My only complaint is I don’t get to see my project manager anymore or my sales person. They were phenomenal."

"We built the Summerlyn with Liberty Homes. This is our third new home build. We are in the house 13 months now and could not be happier. The quality of the home is terrific. Right from the very beginning, working with Cecee, she was creative, flexible and knew her product inside and out. We asked for changes and Cecee and the Liberty team delivered the changes that made this house our home. The value that Liberty delivered is terrific. From the attic with soaring ceilings, because the house is stick-built and all lumber is cut onsite rather than pre-fabricated, to the 35 foot long sunroom, the open concept and the small details.

One year later, we had a couple of minor warranty claims and Liberty delivered with promptness, a positive attitude and great work.
